Day 2
Chateaux of the Renaissance
To kick off your tour, this first loop will allow you to discover two of the great renaissance castles. The first, Chateau de La Tour d’Aigues, is now just a restored ruin, but an impressive one nonetheless. Next, the Chateau d’Ansouis, built on a rocky peak overlooking the massif of the Grand Luberon, was once a Celto-Ligurian fortress.
